| This document contains an inventory of all parties per country that might need to be involved in negotiations about staff transfer and what the Capgemini team presumes that their position is and why. In case of a staff transfer obligation this would be a list that will be incorporated in or attached to the Staff Transfer Strategy artifact. It is only made when it is clear out of the Local Law Inventory that there could be an obligation. |
